Discovery Call

We learn about your shop, your customers, your brand, and the story you want your window to tell. No brief needed — just a conversation.

Step 02

Concept & Design

We develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D previews of your display. You see and approve everything before we build a single piece.

Step 03

Build & Fabricate

We fabricate all elements in our studio — printing, painting, engineering, and assembling every component by hand. Progress updates throughout.

Step 04

Install & Launch

We come to you, set up everything, test all motion and lighting, and hand over a window that's ready to run. Ongoing support always available.

Week 1
Discovery Call

We start with a free, no-pressure conversation. Tell us about your shop — your brand, your customers, what you sell, what you want people to feel. No formal brief needed. We ask the right questions.

By the end of the call, we'll have a clear sense of what your window could become — and you'll have a sense of whether we're the right fit.

Weeks 2–3
Concept & Design

We develop a full concept — mood boards, colour palette, structural sketches, and where applicable, 3D previews of the final display. You review and approve everything before a single component is fabricated.

This is where the magic starts. You'll see your window taking shape for the first time.

Weeks 4–7
Build & Fabricate

We print, paint, engineer, wire, and assemble every element of your display in our studio. Progress photos and updates throughout — you're never left wondering what's happening.

Every kinetic component is tested extensively before we pack it up. Nothing leaves the studio until it works perfectly.

Final Week
Install & Launch

We come to you. We set everything up, test every motion sequence, adjust lighting, and make sure it looks exactly right in your actual window. We don't leave until it's perfect.

After install, you get a complete handover — how everything works, how to turn it on and off, and how to reach us if anything ever needs attention.

usually ask us.

How long does a project take?
Most projects run 6–8 weeks from discovery call to install. Simpler displays can be faster; more complex kinetic builds may take a little longer. We'll give you a clear timeline after our first conversation.
Do I need to know what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with nothing more than "I want my window to feel magical." That's enough to start. We're good at drawing ideas out through conversation.
What does it cost?
Every project is custom, so pricing varies. We'll discuss budget openly in our first call — there's no awkwardness about it. We work with a range of budgets and will always be honest about what's achievable.
Do you do seasonal swaps?
Yes. Many clients work with us on an ongoing basis — updating their display for the holidays, new seasons, or product launches. We offer maintenance and swap-out packages.
Do you travel for installs?
Yes. We travel to install every display ourselves — we won't ship you a crate and wish you luck. Travel costs are factored into the project quote.
